Once placed the order we will:

(if placed an order for 3D miniatures)
- print the miniatures and packing (2-4 days depending on the size of the order)

(if you placed an order for painting)
- paint the miniatures and packing (7-14 day depending on the numer and quality)

(if you placed an order for only second-hand miniatures)
- 1-2 days for packing

- Package Delivery Time:
Italy 2-3 days
Europe 4-7 days
Rest of the world 7-15 days
(this will be delayed by some days in particular year periods of couriers high traffic)

All the shipments are tracked (and you can choose to fully insure the order if you want directly during checkout).

All the miniatures will be carefully packed with pluriball and packing material to avoid any damages.

If the external aspect of the shipping box is damaged you MUST do these things in order to activate the Insurance:
- sign with Control Reserve (this is extreamly reccomended for ALL delivery.
- take pictures of the external sealed box with labels and coded visible ad readable.
-open the box and ckeck integrity and take pictures of the status and broken/damaged items.
- take pictures of the opende box with visible packing.
- contact Us to send the pictures to let Us open a Ticket to activate the insurance.

These poins are mandatory: without pictures and without sign with Control Reserve we cannot activate the insurance.
